This beautiful and spacious, recently updated 5 bedroom villa with a private pool, is ideally located in Clear Creek, just 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. Complimentary WiFi and a landline with free local calls is available for guest use. The property is managed by a local, specialist vacation home company who can assist with any property queries during your stay. Palm Leaf Villa provides you with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay in Florida.
THE POOL
Enjoy the Florida sun
The beautiful lagoon-shaped private pool is fully screened. You can relax and tan on our comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered lanai with an outdoor table and chairs, and ceiling fan for a light breeze. Pool heating is available upon request as an extra service.
LOUNGE
Relax at home
The recently updated and newly furnished spacious living area features comfortable seating and a TV with access to hundreds of channels. This is a great place for large families or groups to relax.
THE ROOMS
Sleeps up to 10
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. Bedroom 1, the large master bedroom suite has a king size bed, with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, dresser and built in cupboard for storage. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are twin rooms each with two single beds suitable for either adults or children and each room has a dresser, bedside table and built in wardrobes for storage. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and an additional guest half bathroom. Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms. Every bedroom has a TV.
KITCHEN

Our kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge freezer, a great Keurig coffee machine (pods or beans), waffle maker and is fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Whether you're having a take-out or cooking a full large family dinner, you'll find everything you need.
LAUNDRY
We provide all bed linen and towels for your stay.
We also have a convenient laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, laundry baskets and drying racks for use during your stay.
